Email us at support@getcareteam.com with as much detail as you can.

📝 What to include

  • What happened – Describe what you were doing and what went wrong

  • Where it happened – Let us know what part of Careteam it was (e.g., “Action Plan”, “Check-in”, “Profile”)

  • Screenshots or screen recordings – Optional but super helpful!

  • Every bug report is reviewed by our support and product teams
